Early access: design partner program now open.

Security & trust

Accredited, and honest about the rest.

Travellez is a pre-launch platform. Here is exactly what is in place today, what is on the roadmap, and what we are not — so procurement can make a decision on facts rather than promises.

Accreditations

IATA

# 67600035

International Air Transport Association accreditation — the industry standard for authorised air travel intermediaries.

TICO

# 5003155

Travel Industry Council of Ontario registration, required of travel businesses operating in Ontario, Canada.

How the platform is being built

Role-based access control

Travellers, approvers, finance and admins each see only what their role requires. Permissions are enforced server-side, not hidden in the interface.

Audit trails

Bookings, approvals, policy exceptions and expense changes are recorded with who did what and when — the record finance needs at quarter close.

Data residency options

Being built so organisations with regional data requirements can specify where their travel data is stored.

Encryption in transit

All traffic is served over HTTPS. We do not process card payments directly, and we are not a merchant of record.

What we are not — yet

  • SOC 2 Type II is on the roadmap, not complete. Security is being designed in from the start, but we will not claim a certification we do not hold.
  • We are not a booking platform or a travel agent. Travellez is the intelligence and orchestration layer above your existing travel stack. We do not process payments.
  • We are in active development. Design partners get the earliest access, and a direct line to the people building it.

Security questionnaire to complete?

Send it to info@travellez.com and we will fill it in honestly, including the gaps.
