This covers travellez.com and the forms on it — not the Travellez product experience for signed-in customers.
Travellez is operated from Oakville, Ontario, Canada. We are accredited with IATA (#67600035) and registered with the Travel Industry Council of Ontario (TICO #5003155).
For anything in this policy, including requests to see or delete your data, write to info@travellez.com.
Only what you type into a form on this site. Specifically:
We do not use advertising trackers, we do not build profiles, we do not buy data about you from anyone else, and we do not track you across other websites.
To send you the thing you asked for — a PDF, a report, a reply — and to contact you about Travellez if you asked us to. That is the whole of it. We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with third parties for their own marketing.
Our lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit a form. Where we contact a business address about a service you asked about, we also rely on legitimate interest.
Three service providers touch this data, and only in order to run the site:
Each is bound by its own agreement to process data only on our instructions. Some are located outside Canada, which means your details may be stored or processed in the United States.
We set no advertising or analytics cookies. The site uses your browser's session storage for two housekeeping jobs: remembering a referral code from a link you followed, and remembering that you have already been shown a dialog so it does not reappear. Both clear when you close the tab, and neither identifies you.
Until you ask us to delete it, or until it is clear the conversation is over — whichever comes first. Email us and we will remove your record and confirm when it is done.
Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA), and under the GDPR if you are in the UK or EU, you can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, or send it to you in a portable format. You can also withdraw consent at any time.
One email to info@travellez.com is enough — there is no form to fill in. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, or to your local supervisory authority in the UK or EU.
This is a business product. It is not directed at anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
When this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of the page. If the change affects data we already hold about you, we will email you rather than rely on you noticing.
