HPCA Stadium and War Memorial:
At the entrance of Dharamshala, the HPCA stadium and War Memorial are the two iconic places of Dharamshala situated next to each other at an altitude of around 1200m above sea level. The entry fee for the war memorial as well as HPCA stadium visitation is around 40 and 50 rupees respectively.
MacLeodganj and Kotwali Market:
Markets are the best way to explore the culture of a place. You can try the local food of Himachal Pradesh and get to know the Tibetan food as well.

Dal Lake and Naddi Village:
Dal Lake is on the way to Naddi village hence you can make a small stop on your trip to Naddi village to explore it as well. Snowfall is also frequent in Naddi during January and February, hence you can also enjoy snow if you are there during winters.
Dharamshala – Macleodganj ropeway:
Run by Tata Group, Dharamshala – Macleodganj ropeway is a newly opened tourist attraction site of Dharamshala. Inaugurated in 2022, it is the ropeway where you can reach Macleodganj from Dharamshala or vice-versa in 10 minutes. A one-way ticket is 450/- and a two-way ticket is 675/- rupees respectively.
Namgyal Monastery and Bhagsunag Waterfall:
Namgyal Monastery is situated in the market of Macleodganj, whereas Bhagsunag Waterfall is situated at around a 15-minute walk from Bhagsuag temple situated at the end of Macleodganj.
